Select the product you'd like to rent, and select the duration you want to rent it for. Once you make the payment, you will be billed monthly till the rental period is over, and you return the product back to us

If you love your product and want to extend your subscription, simply continue using your product and we'll continue to bill you! If you want to return your product, go into your account and click 'End Subscription'. You will receive an email within 24 hours with all the next steps.

Don’t stress, we know life happens! For basic wear and tear, Relly's got your back. For any other damages, Relly covers upto 80% of the damage depending on the extent and type of the damage, which will be determined once you return your product. Relly will reach out to you to confirm the damage and amount, and will bill you after.

You may be charged a small Penalty if you choose to terminate your subscription earlier than the minimum period. Longer rental terms have a lower monthly payment, and hence, you are required to rent your product through this minimum rental period.

Delivery and pickup are free for orders with monthly subscription > $50. For orders with a lower monthly subscription, delivery / pickup charge will be $10

Your rental amount is always paid monthly in advance. The first rental payment is made immediately when your order request has been accepted. All subsequent rental payments are made monthly from the date of the delivery of the product, to account for order processing and shipping times – we don’t want you to pay for any additional time!

i. Simply go into your Relly account, go to your subscriptions, and end your subscription. You will receive an email shortly with the steps on how to return ii. For small items (Phones, Laptops, Headphones), we will send you a shipping code to return the item. For large items (TVs, Home Theaters), Relly may choose to pick up the product from your home directly

In some cases, Relly is not able to truly verify who you are. Relly may reach out to you to obtain more information (example : ID, payslip etc). We do this to prevent fraud, bots etc. We’ve seen a lot of this lately, and are trying our best to ensure you have a seamless experience!

a. Yes, you can extend your term at any time during the rental and thus reduce your monthly rental price. You can’t reduce your minimum rental period b. Simply reach out to us through email (support@relly.ca), or through our contact form, and we’ll adjust it accordingly!

Yes, you can choose to buy your product at any point during your subscription. Simply reach out to us through email (service@relly.ca), or through our contact form, and we’ll give you the best price possible, adjusting for the payments you’ve made so far!

We expect you to return the package before the next billing cycle. If you’ve returned the package after the next billing cycle, we’ll unfortunately have to charge you another month.
