1) Browse our website and find the product you need.
2) Products are always serviced and checked beforehand to ensure quality.
3) Worried about damages? Worry not! Relly covers up to 80% of all damages (depending on the type of damage to the product).

Select Subscription term
We offer subscription terms from 1 month to more than a year. Only pay for what you need!
1) Select how many months you’d like to rent the product
2) The first month of rent is paid at checkout, then, we’ll bill you monthly on the day the product is delivered to you.
3) Subscription will auto-renew on the same day every month.
4) Want to keep the product for longer? Simply continue to use it, and the subscription will auto-renew each month. Or, switch to a longer plan to save monthly payments!

Return, or Buyout
At the end of the term, return the product back to us, or buy out the product if you love it!
1) Once the minimum rental period is over, you can Extend the product, Return the product to us, or Buy It Out.
2) For Returns, simply log into your account on Relly.ca and click 'End subscription', and we will send a shipping label to you. Simply box the product, and send it over!
3) You may be charged a small penalty if you choose to End your subscription earlier than the minimum period. This is because longer rental terms have a lower monthly payment.
4) Once we receive the product, we’ll process it and check for any damages. If any damages exist, we will reach out to you to confirm.
Frequently Asked Questions
Delivery and pickup are free for orders with monthly subscription > $50. For orders with a lower monthly subscription, delivery / pickup charge will be $10
If you love your product and want to extend your subscription, simply continue using your product and we'll continue to bill you! If you want to return your product, go into your account and click 'End Subscription'. You will receive an email within 24 hours with all the next steps.
Don’t stress, we know life happens! For basic wear and tear, Relly's got your back. For any other damages, Relly covers upto 80% of the damage depending on the extent and type of the damage, which will be determined once you return your product. Relly will reach out to you to confirm the damage and amount, and will bill you after.
